WCRG has four fire patrol push cars, WCRG 503, WCRG 504, WCRG 505, and WCRG 509. Our fire patrol push cars offer excellent protection behind steam or diesel operations. WCRG 503 holds 30 gallons of water, capable of spraying water 25 feet up to 4 minutes, WCRG 504, 505 and 509 hold 40 gallons of water, capable of spraying water 25 feet up to 7 minutes. All tanks are filled with water by using standard garden hose connections, and pressurized with compressed air. Each car carries adapters that allow them to be charged from ground/shop air, locomotive main reservoir, or locomotive brake pipe.
